Its REE!!

Yesterday, I took a half day off from work and Xtine and I ventured down to The Grove to attend The Pioneer Woman's book signing of "Black Heels to Tractor Wheels". We arrived at the Barnes and Noble shortly after 3 and after dealing with an irritated customer service dude at the counter, we received our "F" bands for the event.

We walked around a bit and decided to sit outside to just relax and take it all in. We people watched. I particularly watched this person directly behind Xtine.

Uh. Yeah. Abercombie model at the store entrance. Hellooo. (yes, this is a picture of the picture I took with Xtine's camera...while pretending to take her picture but really zooming into the model man...what? I know. so??)

We headed back to B&N and patiently waited for them to call our letter so we could patiently wait in line. Finally we made it to the front and there she is!!! She is amazingly sweet and talked to everyone as she signed. Xtine and I talked to her about USC. Goooo TROJANS! I heart her. :)

After the book signing, Xtine and I enjoyed a nice dinner on the patio of Cheesecake Factory. YUM-O. All in all, it was a great way to start off the week. If only every Monday could be like that...
